A sustainable app, ready for what Skandia ships next.
CHALLENGE
Skandia had outsourced its app for years: little control, slow to change. A fresh technical platform finally opened room to rethink the customer experience.
EXECUTION
Shipped a new fasträntekonto feature via A/B tests and customer interviews. Ran a week-long design sprint to redesign navigation, then iterated with users: hiding noise, surfacing what matters. Stepped in as acting PO during parental leave, scoping the next wave of insurance features.
RESULT
New features shipped, navigation simplified, and the foundation laid for Skandia’s divisions to live inside one app.
